Born in 1943 in Medan, Indonesia, originally from Dabu, Guangdong. Settled in Taiwan in 1975. Called by God in 1991, and from 1992 to 2025 has been serving full-time in five prisons in Taiwan, leading nearly 3,000 people to Christ and baptism.
